Hello GA NIGP!
We are PUMPED for our 2025 Winter Event ! We have been meeting weekly going over details for you, and let me tell you, this girl is getting hungry thinking about the food. I have already registered and claimed a "Braised Half Chicken with White Wine Reduction". The vegetarian "Grilled Vegetable Wellington" sounds amazing too, I even Googled it, but I love chicken cooked in wine. Oh, and mixed berry cobbler?! Please and thank you. My mouth is watering just typing this!
Now that I've successfully made you hungry, let's switch gears to ... real estate. Truly, we all know it's about "location, location, location." This year's locations is the stunning Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort in Stone Mountain, GA. Have you seen the photos? I've only been to Stone Mountain for the laser show, but seeing the gorgeous lake views full of fall colors - fiery orange, gold, and green - was breathtaking. I also spotted a GIANT CHESS BOARD outside. Don't worry, I won't challenge you... unless they let me reenact Wizard's Chess. ;)
Our winter event is Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Here's the kicker: thanks to the Turkey Day chaos and planning, the resort needs our entree counts by TUESDAY, 11/25/25! I know. EGADS is right.
So don't wait! REGISTER NOW!
Then:
- Get a sitter.
- Ditch your spouse (or bring 'em -just make sure you paid for 'em!).
- Come hang out, laugh, FEAST, and enjoy 2 blissful kid-free hours!
Then go SHOPPING afterward because apparently a certain jolly holiday is approaching and you absolutely deserve to treat yourself.
Oh--and rumor has it that member attendees may walk away with a little rectangular, plastic "something something." You know... for shopping. Or more snacks. Or shopping for snacks. Whatever sparks joy.
