Subject: GA NIGP Renewal Notices FYI
From: Jessica Wheeler, GANIGP Webmaster

Good afternoon,

We've received several questions this week about renewal notices, so we wanted to share a quick update and a few helpful reminders.

Renewal Notices
The renewal notices are automated.
  • If you have renewed - you're all set! No further action is needed.
  • If you plan to renew soon - think of this as your friendly reminder.
Need to Print an Invoice for Department Payment?
Here's how to access your invoice:
  1. Log into your GA NIGP account
  2. Renew your individual membership up to payment screen
  3. On the "Make Payment for XXX XXXX" page, click "Print Invoice (PDF)" at the bottom
  4. Submit that PDF invoice to your department for payment
Your account will show as "Payment Due" until GA NIGP receives the payment. Some departments process invoices in batches, so you may continue to receive automated reminders in the meantime. If you've already submitted your invoice, you can safely disregard those notices - your account will update once payment is received.

Key Takeaways
  • The automated renewal and payment reminders help everyone stay on track (cue Tom Cruise: "Help me help you").
  • Log in and renew your membership!
Because, honestly, who knows what Spencer Lord will do next -and we all know Catherine Ice is a total HOOT.

Yes, your friendly Webmaster said it.
  • Print your invoice for your department administrator - a happy admin = a happy department!
  • Once you've renewed, feel free to ignore the extra reminder emails.
